Our 90-minute visits are held in my private home clinic in San Jose, serving women across Silicon Valley and the Bay Area, with yoga often guided outdoors in the garden for a grounding, natural experience. Here’s how it works:

  • First Visit – We’ll begin with a full health evaluation and some bodywork. You’ll leave with a clear plan of action for our work together.

  • Follow-Up Visits – Schedule in a cadence that feels right for you—weekly, monthly, or seasonally—to continue with diet and lifestyle guidance, yoga, breathwork, and hands-on therapies tailored to your needs.

  • Cost is $180 per visit. We do accept HSA/FSA cards.
