General Ayurvedic Services

  • Ayurveda is a 5,000-year-old system of medicine from India that promotes balance in body, mind, and spirit through food, daily rhythms, herbal medicines, yoga, and bodywork.

  • Western medicine often focuses on treating symptoms once they appear. Ayurveda takes a preventive, whole-person approach—using food, lifestyle, herbs, bodywork, and mind-body practices to maintain balance, strengthen immunity, and support long-term health.

  • I provide in-person services in San Jose, Silicon Valley, and the Bay Area.

  • Services are not covered by insurance, but some clients use HSA/FSA funds if wellness care is included in their plan.
