Any cancellation or reschedule requests must be made 24 hours prior to the start of your appointment. We understand that last minute needs arise and emergencies do happen. In these cases, we ask you to make a conscious effort to get in contact to reschedule your appointment. There are no special refunds given for canceled appointments due to emergencies within 24 hours of your appointment. We ask that in these cases rescheduling is the best option for all.
Our refund policy for cancellations is:
Full refund for those who cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment
No refunds given for those who cancel with less than a 24 hour notice prior to your appointment
All rescheduled slots must occur within 15 days of the original appointment. Maximum of 2 reschedule requests per the original appointment slot. After 2 reschedules, all fees paid are forfeited.

All classes and cleansing programs require payment at the time of booking. There are no refunds offered to classes and cleanses, as program manuals are often shared at the time of purchase.

All payments are collected at the time of booking. If you are in need of a payment plan, please reach out to us via email at hello@vedicwild.com. Also, check out and consider the community clinic as it offers free services.
